Refund Policy
1. Booking & Payment
A workshop place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Cancellations by You (The Client)
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund minus a small £10 administration fee.
14 days to 48 hours’ notice: 60% refund.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued.
Note: If we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list, we will offer you a full refund (minus admin fees) regardless of the notice period.
3. Rescheduling
If you wish to move your booking to a future date, we require at least 14 days’ notice. Shorter notice periods may require additional fees (up to 40% of the original booking cost).
4. Cancellations by Us (The Organiser)
Weather: We operate in most weather conditions, however, if the Met Office issues weather warnings for wind or rain that suggest the location and/or travel to it unsafe, and if we cannot offer an alternative location, we will cancel the session.
Availability/Illness: In the unlikely event that the guide is unwell or unavailable due to personal circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel.
In these instances: You will be offered a full refund or a priority transfer to a future date. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend on the day without prior notice, or being excluded from the workshop due to unsuitable footwear or being under the influence of alcohol/drugs (as per our Health & Fitness Declaration), will result in no refund.
